Correct.

But I want you to understand that Christ is the head of every man, and the man is the head of a woman, and God is the head of Christ. (NAS) 

Jesus Christ is Lord

Philippians 2:9-11 says "Therefore also God highly exalted Him (Jesus), and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those who are in heaven, and on earth, and under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." (NAS)

Jesus is the Lord of all.  We do not make Jesus our Lord or our head.  He is already the Lord.  The question is whether or not we will willingly accept and confess Jesus as our head...and as our Lord...and be obedient to His will. 

Every Knee Shall Bow

Not everyone today bows at the name of Jesus and confesses that He is Lord.  But the scriptures say at the day of judgment every one will bow and give praise to God.

Romans 14:10-12 says: "....For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of God. For it is written, "As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to Me, and every tongue shall give praise to God." So then each one of us shall give account of himself to God." (NAS)
