Faith Comes From Hearing:

  So faith comes from hearing...and hearing by the word of Christ.  Romans 10:17

  But Did They Believe and
Heed the Glad Tidings?  Romans 10:14-16

  Believe that Jesus is:

The Son of God(1)
God With Us (2)
The Christ (3)

"...but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned." Mark 16:16b

(1) John 20:31 -- "...but these have been written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing you may have life in His name." (NAS)

(2)  John 8:24 24 -- "I said therefore to you, that you shall die in your sins; for unless you believe that I am He you shall die in your sins." (NAS)

(3) Acts 8:36-37 "And as they went along the road they came to some water; and the eunuch said, "Look! Water! What prevents me from being baptized?" 37  And Philip said, "If you believe with all your heart, you may." And he answered and said, "I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God." (NAS)
