Examples of Faith - How God Created the Universe - Hebrews 11:1-3:

"By faith we understand that the worlds were prepared by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things which are visible." Hebrews 11:3 (NAS)

In understanding how to apply the concepts of faith, let's look at the following question:

Question 10a:

In Hebrews 11:1, what are the things hoped for...or not seen?  That the worlds (or universe) were formed or framed by ____________. (fill in the blank)

  1. A big explosion that had nothing to do with God.
