Correct. 

"However, they did not all heed the glad tidings; for Isaiah says," Lord, who has believed our report?" ¹⁷ So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ."  Romans 10:16-17

Those who don't obey the glad tidings (the good news or gospel of Jesus Christ) are in danger when the Lord returns:

"...dealing out retribution to those who do not know God and to those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. ⁹ And these will pay the penalty of eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power..." 
2 Thessalonians 1:7-9

A Faith That Goes Beyond Just Hearing:

Faith comes from hearing the word of Christ (Romans 10:16-17); but we are called not to just hear...but to an obedience of faith (Romans 1:5)...to heed the glad tidings (Romans 10:16-17).
