Correct. 

And the angel whom I saw standing on the sea and on the land lifted up his right hand to heaven, ⁶and swore by Him who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and the things in it, and the earth and the things in it, and the sea and the things in it, that there shall be delay no longer, ⁷but in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, then the mystery of God is finished, as He preached* to His servants the prophets. Revelation 10:5-7 (NAS)

* the footnote for the New American Standard Version says the literal Greek would read "preached the gospel."

The Angel's Promise:

Here the angel swore (by Him who lives forever and ever) that "there shall be delay no longer."  Instead of delay, in the days of the voice of the 7th angel...the mystery of God is finished, as He (God) preached to His servants the prophets.

The Easy-to-Read version of the Bible says it this way:

In the days when the seventh angel is ready to blow his trumpet, God's secret plan will be finished. This plan is the Good News God told to his servants, the prophets. Revelation 10:7 (ERV)

Do you believe that God will act according to the words contained in the gospel of Jesus?  Jesus says in John chapter 12:

"He who rejects Me, and does not receive My sayings, has one who judges him; the word I spoke is what will judge him at the last day. ⁴⁹"For I did not speak on My own initiative, but the Father Himself who sent Me has given Me commandment, what to say, and what to speak. ⁵⁰"And I know that His commandment is eternal life; therefore the things I speak, I speak just as the Father has told Me." John 12:48-50 (NAS)
