The victorious were not to be harmed by the seven bowls of wrath:

Those that had not worshiped the image of the beast, and those that had not been marked with the seal of the beast were safe from the bowls of wrath. As we found in the previous chapter, the ones who were victorious were standing on the sea of glass, holding harps of God.

"And I saw, as it were, a sea of glass mixed with fire, and those who had come off victorious from the beast and from his image and from the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, holding harps of God." Revelation 15:2 (NAS)

The wrath of God is for those who had the image of Satan's beast or worshiped his image:

Those that worshiped the image of the beast...and also those that were been marked with the seal of the beast...they were to suffer great punishment as the angel had warned in Revelation chapter 14:

"And another angel, a third one, followed them, saying with a loud voice, "If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives a mark on his forehead or upon his hand, he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger; and he will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever; and they have no rest day and night, those who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name." Revelation 14:9-11 (NAS)

God's anger is finished!* Earthquake and Hailstones:

*Note: According to Revelation 15:1, "There were seven angels bringing seven troubles. These are the last troubles, because after these troubles God's anger is finished."
