Correct.  Keep up the good work.

New American Standard Version of the Bible`But I have this against you, that you tolerate the woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, and she teaches and leads My bond-servants astray so that they commit acts of immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols.' Revelation 2:20 (NAS)

Despite the many warnings of false teachers and false prophets throughout the New Testament letters being circulated among the churches, Christians were still giving heed to these false teachings.

The false prophets/teachers of that time were referred to as prostitutes (in a spiritual sense)...and those Christians who accepted the false teachings, as lying in bed... committing spiritual adultery with her.

New American Standard Version of the Bible"But I have this against you, that you tolerate the woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, and she teaches and leads My bond-servants astray, so that they commit acts of immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols.  And I gave her time to repent; and she does not want to repent of her immorality.  'Behold, I will cast her upon a bed and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of her deeds.  And I will kill her children with pestilence; and all the churches will know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts; and I will give to each one of you according to your deeds."  Revelation 2:20-23  (NAS)

Are you standing firm to God's word, so that you know true teaching from false teaching?  The scripture above displays the great punishment that lies in store for those who teach false things.

New American Standard Version of the BibleBlessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of the prophecy, and heed the things which are written in it; for the time is near.  Revelation 1:3 (NAS)
