21: The Bride of the Lamb:
Let's continue to look at how the bride of Christ is
described in Chapter 21:
John is told to come and see the wife of the Lamb:
 And
one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full
of the seven last plagues, came and spoke with me,
saying, "Come here, I shall show you the bride, the
wife of the Lamb." 10And he carried me
away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and
showed me the holy city, Jerusalem, coming down out
of heaven from God, Revelation 21:9-10 (NAS)
Question:
In Revelation 21:9-10, after the angel told John that he
would show John the bride, the wife of the Lamb, John was carried away in the
Spirit to a mountain great and high. In Revelation 21:10, the angel then showed John what?

One of the seven angels came to me. This was one of the angels who had the
seven bowls full of the seven last troubles. The angel said, "Come with me. I
will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb."
10The angel carried me away by the Spirit to a very large and high mountain.
The angel showed me the holy city, Jerusalem. The city was coming down out of
heaven from God. (ERV)
And there came one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls, who were laden
with the seven last plagues; and he spake with me, saying, Come hither, I will
show thee the bride, the wife of the Lamb.
10And he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and showed
me the holy city Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, (ASV) 
And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full
of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew
thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.
10And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed
me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, (KJV)
