Correct.

Immediately I was in the Spirit; and behold, a throne was standing in heaven, and One sitting on the throne. ³And He who was sitting was like a jasper stone and a sardius in appearance; and there was a rainbow around the throne, like an emerald in appearance. ⁴Around the throne were twenty-four thrones; and upon the thrones I saw twenty-four elders sitting, clothed in white garments, and golden crowns on their heads. ⁵Out from the throne come flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder. And there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God; ⁶and before the throne there was something like a sea of glass, like crystal; and in the center and around the throne, four living creatures full of eyes in front and behind.  Revelation 4:2-4 (NAS)

In John's vision, he saw many things, including a throne standing in heaven with One sitting on the throne.  Around the throne were 24 thrones (one for each of the 24 elders), seven lamps of fire (the seven Spirits of God), a sea of glass, and four living creatures.

It would be impossible for us to precisely illustrate or imagine the awe and majesty of the throne room of God that John saw in his vision.  Following is a very simple illustration to begin to help us picture what John saw:
