Correct.

And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which will never be destroyed, and that kingdom will not be left for another people; it will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, but it will itself endure forever. 45 "Inasmuch as you saw that a stone was cut out of the mountain without hands and that it crushed the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver, and the gold, the great God has made known to the king what will take place in the future; so the dream is true, and its interpretation is trustworthy." Daniel 2:44-45 (NAS)

The stone (not made with human hands) broke the image (the kingdoms of the world) into pieces.

The Stone - Not Made with Human Hands

In the dream, the stone that struck the statue became a great mountain, filling the whole earth:

Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver and the gold were crushed all at the same time, and became like chaff from the summer threshing floors; and the wind carried them away so that not a trace of them was found. But the stone that struck the statue became a great mountain and filled the whole earth. Daniel 2:35 (NAS)

The Stone and His Everlasting Kingdom

What is this last kingdom to be set up in those days (in the time of the fourth kingdom - Rome)?  Perhaps we can help you answer this question by the following New Testament scriptures:

2 Corinthians 5:1 - For we know that if the earthly tent which is our house is torn down, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. (NAS)

Hebrews 12:28-29 -- "Therefore, since we receive a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us show gratitude, by which we may offer to God an acceptable service with reverence and awe; for our God is a consuming fire." (NAS)

Hebrews 9:11-12 -- But when Christ appeared as a high priest of the good things to come, He entered through the greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this creation; 12 and not through the blood of goats and calves, but through His own blood, He entered the holy place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption. (NAS)

John 18:36 -- "Jesus answered, "My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, then My servants would be fighting, that I might not be delivered up to the Jews; but as it is, My kingdom is not of this realm." (NAS)

Jesus is the Cornerstone:

The group of believers, called the "church" or "the kingdom," was "that building from God...that house not made with human hands." The church that belongs to Jesus was built with Jesus as the chief cornerstone and was built on the basis of Jesus being the Christ, the Son of God:

1 Peter 2:6-8 -- "For this is contained in Scripture: "Behold I lay in Zion a choice stone, a precious corner stone and he who believes in Him (Jesus) shall not be disappointed." This precious value, then, is for you who believe. But for those who disbelieve, "The stone which the builders rejected, this became the very corner stone, and, "A stone of stumbling and a rock of offense;" for they stumble because they are disobedient to the word, and to this doom they were also appointed." (NAS)

Ephesians 2:19-22 -- "So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and are of God's household, having been built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the corner stone in whom the whole building, being fitted together is growing into a holy temple in the Lord; in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit." (NAS)

Matthew 16:16-18 -- "And Simon Peter answered and said, "Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God." And Jesus answered and said to him, "Blessed are you, Simon Barjona, because flesh and blood did not reveal this to you, but My Father who is in heaven. And I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of Hades shall not overpower it." (NAS)

Jesus' church and its message of the gospel would fill the earth:

Mark 16:15 -- "And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation." (NAS)

Romans 16:25-26 -- "Now to Him who is able to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery which has been kept secret for long ages past, but now is manifested, and by the Scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the eternal God, has been made known to all the nations, leading to obedience of faith..." (NAS)

Matthew 24:14 -- "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world for a witness to all the nations, and then the end shall come." (NAS)

Colossians 1:23 -- "...if indeed you continue in the faith firmly established and steadfast, and not moved away from the hope of the gospel that you have heard, which was proclaimed in all creation under heaven, and of which I, Paul, was made a minister." (NAS)

If you look at the kingdoms of Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece and Rome...none of these four are in existence today.  Although Jesus' kingdom is not of this world, His followers and the gospel message has spread throughout the entire world, even to this day.
