What must we do? Before we obey the gospel:

Walking in the newness of life is not a one-time event. After our sins are washed away, we must continue to turn away from sin...and to walk in the light. Deciding to obey the gospel and turn to Jesus as the Lord of our life is a lifetime commitment.
