 Correct.

Some today try to teach that "the faith" was not completely delivered in Bible times...arguing that modern day prophets are needed...

...but the scriptures say:

"Beloved, while I was making every effort to write you about our common salvation, I felt the necessity to write to you appealing that you contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints." Jude 1:3 (NAS)

"All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; 17 that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work." 2 Timothy 3:16-17 (NAS)

"God, after He spoke long ago to the fathers in the prophets in many portions and in many ways, 2 in these last days has spoken to us in His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the world..."  Hebrews 1:1-2 (NAS)

"For if the word spoken through angels proved unalterable, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompense, 3 how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation?  After it was at the first spoken through the Lord, it was confirmed to us by those who heard..."  Hebrews 2:2-3 (NAS)

Some also say that faith never requires obedience...

...however, the scriptures say:

"And the word of God kept on spreading; and the number of the disciples continued to increase greatly in Jerusalem, and a great many of the priests were becoming obedient to the faith."  Acts 6:7 (NAS)

" ...through whom we have received grace and apostleship to bring about the obedience of faith among all the Gentiles, for His name's sake..." Romans 1:5 (NAS)

"...but now is manifested, and by the Scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the eternal God, has been made known to all the nations, leading to obedience of faith..."  Romans 16:26 (NAS)

"Do you not know that when you present yourselves to someone as slaves for obedience, you are slaves of the one whom you obey, either of sin resulting in death, or of obedience resulting in righteousness?"  Romans 6:16 (NAS)

"For I will not presume to speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me, resulting in the obedience of the Gentiles by word and deed..."  Romans 15:18 (NAS)

"Because of the proof given by this ministry they will glorify God for your obedience to your confession of the gospel of Christ, and for the liberality of your contribution to them and to all..."  2 Corinthians 9:13 (NAS)

"Since you have in obedience to the truth purified your souls for a sincere love of the brethren, fervently love one another from the heart..."  1 Peter 1:22 (NAS)

Even Jesus (the author and perfecter of our faith) learned obedience:

"Although He was a Son, He learned obedience from the things which He suffered. 9 And having been made perfect, He became to all those who obey Him the source of eternal salvation..."  Hebrews 5:8-9 (NAS)

...fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:2 (NAS)
