Correct!
"...let
us draw near with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts
sprinkled clean from an evil conscience
and our bodies washed with pure water." Hebrews 10:22
(NAS)
Once we have drawn near to God...do we have a faith
that will not let us shrink back?
At the end of Hebrews chapter 10, the writer of Hebrews again shows the
importance of having faith until the end:
"But My righteous one shall live by faith; and if he shrinks back, My soul has
no pleasure in him.
39
But we are not of those who shrink
back to destruction, but of those who have faith to the preserving of the soul."
Hebrews 10:38-39 (NAS)
Faith is not a temporary feeling or belief, but rather a way by which we
live so that we will avoid shrinking back into destruction.
