Chapter
19: The Marriage of the Lamb: The Invitation:
And
he said to me, "Write, 'Blessed are those who are
invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.'" And he
said to me, "These are true words of God." 10And
I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said to
me, "Do not do that; I am a fellow servant of yours
and your brethren who hold the testimony of Jesus;
worship God. For the testimony of Jesus is the
spirit of prophecy." Revelation 19:9-10 (NAS)
The one who was speaking to John
told him to write that those who are invited to the
marriage supper of the Lamb would be "blessed."
These were the "true words of God."
Question:
In Revelation 19:10, John fell down before the one who was
speaking to him...to
worship him. John was told not to do this because the person John was
trying to worship was "a fellow servant with him and with John's brethren that
hold the testimony of Jesus." Instead John was told to worship whom?
