The Gentiles spoke in languages, just as it
happened in Acts 2 at the beginning. |
What were those who
heard the message commanded to do by Peter?
After they believed the message, they were told to
"repent and be baptized for the forgiveness of their sins." |
What were those who
heard the message commanded to do by Peter?
They
were commanded to be "baptized in the name of Jesus Christ." |
The conclusion from this first miraculous event:
Those who hear the message and
who repent and are baptized
"for the forgive-ness of sins," will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
This promise is to all that the Lord calls. |
The conclusion from this 2nd miraculous event:
"Well then, God has granted to the
Gentiles also the repentance that leads to life." |
