20: Satan is set loose from the abyss:
 And
when the thousand years are completed, Satan will be
released from his prison, 8and will come
out to deceive the nations which are in the four
corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them
together for the war; the number of them is like the
sand of the seashore. 9And they came up
on the broad plain of the earth and surrounded the
camp of the saints and the beloved city, and fire
came down from heaven and devoured them. Revelation
20:7-9 (NAS)
After the period of time (the symbolic 1000 years) when the souls of the beheaded will reign with Christ, Satan will be released
from the abyss (his prison). Satan will come forth to deceive the nations.
Satan will gather the nations for war. They will march across the earth
and will gather around the camp of God's people and the beloved city.
Question:
According to Revelation 20:9, what will happen to Satan
and the nations after they are gathered around the camp of God's people?

When the 1,000 years are ended, Satan (the devil) will be made free from his
prison [in the bottomless pit]. 8Satan will go out to trick the nations in all the earth--Gog and Magog. Satan
will gather the people for battle. There will be so many people that they will
be like sand on the seashore. 9Satan's army marched across the earth and gathered around the camp of God's
people and the city that God loves. But fire came down from heaven and destroyed
